PRODUCTION CAPACITY

• Currently, we have the capacity to produce over 20 million lbs of vinyl annually. We operate with the latest 55mm and 65mm Cincinnati Milacron extruders and CDS downstream.
• We extrude using RESIN8™ — our exclusive virgin premium Axiall UPVC. The combination of high-end extruders, materials and tools allows for excellent process control and capability.
• Our Production Department operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to meet and exceed client demands (lead time and make-to-order). It is staffed with the highest skilled extrusion operators.
• We have the warehouse space available to stock product as per customer requirements.
